Philip K. Dick once asked, "Do androids dream of electric sheep?". Now, Havas New York ponders "Can computers know the feeling of failure?" or "Would a PC struggle with bling dentures?"...

In a witty pair of films to promote the Brooklyn Film Festival, the agency has looked to a contentious (and particularly topical) question - can AI replace human filmmakers? The answer, as explored in both Gil's Grills and Former Winner, is a resounding no, as it appears that machines couldn't contemplate such hilarious misfortune.

Developed in partnership with Kin Films, Duotone, and Final Cut, and directed by Nicolas Gordon, this funny idea is wonderfully brought to life through clever copy and deliciously wry VO from actor Thomas Lennon.
